About Empyrean Stables
Empyrean Stables is a full-service training and teaching facility that teaches the basics of horsemanship. We specialize in western, hunt seat, saddleseat, showmanship, and driving. We have an amazing staff, fantastic lesson horses, and loving clients. We're a family-friendly barn with a welcoming, fun, and encouraging atmosphere. We want you to reach your goals as an equestrian!
Our facility has beautiful pastures, a heated indoor arena, and a beautiful outdoor arena. In the winter months, we have a heated lounge for spectators to stay nice and cozy. Our outdoor arena has a gazebo seating area to enjoy the sunshine and warm summer days.

Mandy Marthaler-Lofquist is Empyrean Stables’ owner and operator. She has been in the horse industry for over 15 years with experience in showing and training horses of all breeds and disciplines. She understands the importance of pairing the right rider with the right horse, and that consistency is key. She is an encouraging role model for her students and navigates each rider or horse training client differently to suit their individual needs.
